Orders are processed promptly, and products are dispatched within 24-48 hours of order placement using a reliable courier service in Jaipur.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders across India (Zone In-reach only).
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
Upon dispatch, you will receive an email with tracking details, allowing you to monitor the status of your order.
Delivery timelines may vary due to logistics availability.
Order value is calculated post-application of discounts, VAT, GST, or any other applicable charges.
Some areas may be Out of Delivery Zone. In such cases, we’ll notify you within 48 working hours. You can choose to cancel for a refund or provide an alternative address.
Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding in such instances.
After two unsuccessful delivery attempts, undeliverable packages will be returned to our Head Office Warehouse in Jaipur.
For COD orders, if we can’t deliver the package, we’ll attempt to contact you via phone and email. If we can’t reach you, the order will be considered ‘Terminated.’
Similar to COD, for prepaid orders, we’ll make attempts to contact you. We recommend being available or having someone ready to receive the order.
We offer multiple payment options, including Debit card, Credit card, UPI, and Cash On Delivery.
